SilcoTek directly and indirectly (using third-party tools) collects information and uses the information to prepare and generate quotes, to provide information about services available from SilcoTek, and to communicate with those that elect to receive communications from SilcoTek. SilcoTek decides what information to include, but uses third-party tools to assist in such collection. To communicate with you, we must (at a minimum) collect your email address, which may be shared with our international representatives so that they can directly interact with you. We will only share such information when you are from a country where we have an international representative.
SilcoTek stores the information within a cloud-based tool, within tools for interacting with customers, and within tools for prospective customers. From time-to-time, such information is also within SilcoTek’s email systems.
If personal information indicates something specifically limiting, like geographic location of an individual based upon an IP address or cookies used for tracking, SilcoTek may use that information to filter messages and communications to things that are expected to be specifically of interest. Of course, your profile based upon what you indicate as being of interest will be used in such a manner.
If a party would like SilcoTek to remove their information, SilcoTek will remove it from the data within tools and from email systems, with the understanding that some information may be retained as is required to comply with document retention and destruction laws.

If you elect to have information collected, you will have the right to be informed about the information, the right to access to the information, the right to rectification of the information, the right to erasure of the information, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the rights of automated decision-making and profiling. Such rights can be exercised by contacting us, and we will quickly address any needs (understanding that we will need to verify your identity first). SilcoTek does not have the ability to control behavior from websites that may be linked by SilcoTek’s website; please review their policies.
For oversight purposes, SilcoTek has designated our General Counsel as a Data Protection Officer to monitor whether your information is handled properly. If SilcoTek fails to meet your expectations in handling your information, please contact our General Counsel, Geoffrey White, at IP@SilcoTek.com.
