2022 has been a year for the record books. In the wake of the pandemic and starting to get back to "normal," SilcoTek has made many improvements and enhancements in all aspects of the business.
New Hires
We have added 4 new faces to our employee roster this year. We continue to grow and develop every year, which is a testament to continuously improving our processes and keeping up with demand. We've added a manufacturing technician, engineering technician, business systems developer, and an international customer service representative.
Trade Shows
This year, we resumed attending trade shows in person. Our teams attended over 12 trade shows, exhibiting at many of them. It was great to get out and see our customers in person and present how SilcoTek coatings can be the solution for your application problems.
Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania
2022 marks the fifth consecutive year we have made the list of elite companies in Pennsylvania. SilcoTek joined the ranks of the best of the best employers in Pennsylvania since we began entering the program in 2018. We hope to continue to work at getting better and never stop learning!
Optimizations
SilcoTek has done much in the way of optimization such as rearranging the layout of our manufacturing floor to improve workflow and overall ease of the process. We are continuously working towards better processes, coating solutions, compelling data, informative literature, and weekly blog posts.
