Getting Your Parts Coated a Step-By-Step Process

Step 1: Request a quote. 

We're here to help you select the best coating for your application. If you're new to SilcoTek® or have questions about a coating or application, a member of our coating team will be happy to help with a coating recommendation. Just email us at or call +1 (814) 353-1778 to request a quote. You can also go online and fill out a quote request. We'll get back with you within a business day to discuss your application and quote.

Step 2: Receive your quote and shipping instructions.

You'll receive a coating price estimate and shipping instructions from our Quoting Team. Please read your quote carefully. Once you approve the quote please follow the shipping instructions included with the quote. If you have questions or need assistance with your order please contact our Customer Service Team. Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order.

Step 3: Coating Service

SilcoTek’s Manufacturing team will inspect your parts for damage once your order arrives. We'll photograph and verify part count and type as well as review any special process needs. Then we'll send you an order acknowledgement and begin processing your parts. Processing typically takes approximately 7 to 15 days, depending on part requirements and order size. After coating and final inspection, your parts will be packaged and shipped back to you in accordance with your shipping requirements. We'll send you an email when your order is complete and ready to ship.
