Thank you for your interest in speaking at our next Pittcon session!

San Antonio, TX - March 8-11, 2026

Please submit the form below by June 25 to be considered for our session.

We will share our decision to include your topic in our abstract submission by July 13. Though we wish we could include everyone, we are limited to a maximum of 7 speakers. 

We will contact selected speakers with Pittcon's decision in early September. Our past applications have been accepted as organized sessions which gives speakers free registration. If we are fortunate enough to be selected for an invited symposium, each speaker's accommodations and travel expenses will be reimbursed by Pittcon.
