What is Pittcon?
Beginning in 1950, Pittcon has been holding this exhibition to deliver the highest level of ethical service to their customers, partners, and the international laboratory science community. The first Pittcon was held in Pittsburgh, PA, giving it its name. Anyone who develops, buys, or sells laboratory equipment, performs physical or chemical analyses, develops analysis methods, or manages these scientists would benefit from the show's many exhibitions, short courses, and technical programs.
Pittcon's mission is: Advancing and enriching scientific endeavor by connecting scientists worldwide, facilitating the exchange of research and ideas, showcasing the latest in laboratory innovation, and funding science education and outreach.
